GENERAL CONDITIONS

1- RESERVATION
The reservation is to be considered definitively confirmed only after the customer has sent the deposit and our agency has received it.

2- PAYMENT
30% of the rent must be paid as a confirmation deposit directly to the Belmondo agency by bank transfer, postal order or credit card (Visa and Mastercard). The balance can be paid 15 days before arrival also by bank transfer, postal order or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or at the time of delivery of the keys by check, credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or cash for a maximum of 4999.00 euros.

3- CANCELLATION
In the event that you are forced for serious proven reasons to cancel the reservation, giving us written notice, the 30% deposit already paid will not be lost if the cancellation occurs up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit can be used for a reservation in our properties during the current season or the following season.
In case of cancellation from the 14th day before arrival or no-show, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.

4- ARRIVAL
The arrival must take place on the established day between 15:00h and 18:00h, on Sundays from 10.00h to 13.00h. In case of delay, please notify the Belmondo agency promptly. Otherwise the apartment will be kept available only for the following 3 days after which it can be re-rented with the consequences for the Client referred to in point 3. Upon arrival, the identity documents of all the people who will occupy the apartment must be shown for registration.

5- RULES OF STAY
It is forbidden to host a greater number of people than those foreseen by the number of beds indicated in our offer. Pets are allowed only on request and with a supplement. All guests are required to respect the internal regulations and to scrupulously observe the rules regarding quiet, especially in the afternoon and at night. The swimming pools, where present, are subject to condominium regulations that vary from structure to structure. We also remind you that the swimming pools are operational from approx. the beginning of June to approx. mid-September.

6- APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
All apartments are delivered fully furnished and equipped with standard equipment. Bed linen, towels, as well as tablecloths and tea towels are not provided. Please note that the photos of the interiors of the apartments are only an example: the apartments differ both in furnishings and location.

7- DEPARTURE
The apartment must be vacated between 09:00h and 10:00h. Departure must take place at the scheduled time in order to allow the staff to check it. Otherwise the deposit will be retained until the check has been carried out. The apartment must be left tidy and free of rubbish, with the dishes washed and the fridge defrosted.

8- SECURITY DEPOSIT
The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and household appliances. The customer is required to pay a security deposit of 200 euros upon arrival (cash or credit card number as a guarantee). This deposit will be returned upon departure after checking the apartment.

9- ADDITIONAL COSTS
Gas, electricity and water costs are included in the price. The beach service (2 deckchairs + 1 umbrella guaranteed from about mid-May to about mid-September) is included only for the apartments at the Residence Lido and Bungalow Lido. The use of the swimming pools where present (open from about the beginning of June to about mid-September) is included in the price and subject to their own regulations.
On request: cot price: 5.00 Euro per day with mandatory reservation, final cleaning on request, price: 50 Euro.

10- TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL
Regulations and rates for Jesolo
The tourist tax costs 1.00 Euro per person and per overnight stay up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights, children under 10 are exempt from payment.
Regulations and rates for Cavallino
The tourist tax costs 0.85 Euro per person per overnight stay. Children under 12 are exempt from payment.
