The rental price includes
- reserved beach space (1 umbrella and 2 deck chairs and/or sun loungers where available)
- furniture and equipment intended for the stay in the apartment. The apartments are furnished and equipped with all the accessories necessary for your stay except for linen.
- all expenses related to the utilities of the apartment (water, electricity and gas etc.);
- Air conditioning included
 

The rental price does not include
- Tourist tax to be paid locally upon arrival
- Final cleaning on request for a fee (€60.00)
- Deposit of 200.00 Euros (cash or credit card number as a guarantee)
- Bed linen and towels, as well as table linen are not provided and must be brought by the customer. Upon request and availability, possibility for renting sheets at a cost of Euro 7.00/person and set and/or towels at a cost of Euro 7.00/person and set.
-Crib on request and to be booked in advance: 5.00 Euro per day
-Pets, if allowed: 35.00 Euro per stay
