Where can I collect the keys?

Check-in/check-out should be carried out at the BelMondo Agency in Via Tritone 14, 30016, Jesolo (VE)

What time is it possible to check in?

Mondedì-Saturday: 15:00 - 17:30
Sunday: 11:00 – 13:00
If you arrive before the indicated time, you can pick up the keys (if already available) at the Agenzia BelMondo (Via Tritone 14, 30016, Jesolo (VE) without any guarantee that the flat is already clean.

What if I arrive after the office closes?

If the guest fails to arrive by the office closing time, he/she must inform the office of the delay by telephone.

Are there any extra charges to pay at check-in?
  • Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented in advance:
    Sheets: €7.00 per set/person/stay
    Towels: €7.00 per set/person/stay
  • Tourist tax (€1.00 per person/night in 2025)
  • Deposit of €200.00: upon check-in we ask for a deposit of €200.00 which can be given in cash or via credit card number as a guarantee.
What time is check-out possible?

Mondedì-Sunday: 9:00 - 10:00

Where should I check out?

Check-out must be carried out at the BelMondo Agency in Via Tritone 14, 30016, Jesolo (VE)

If I have to leave before the check-out time?

If the guest must leave before the office opens, he/she must inform us by telephone the day before.

In what condition should I leave the flat on the day of departure?

The flat must be left tidy and free of rubbish. Otherwise, the cleaning fee (€50,00)

will be retained.
How do I proceed with the payment of a reservation?

At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount is requested to be paid in advance by credit card. The rest will be paid directly upon arrival by debit card/credit card/cash.
If there are problems with the payment, it will also be possible to make a bank transfer.

Can I cancel my reservation?

If you need to cancel your booking (giving written notice) the 30% deposit already paid will not be forfeited if you cancel up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit can be used for a reservation in our facilities during the current or the following season. In case of cancellation from 14° days prior to arrival or no-show, the deposit will be retained and not reimbursed.

Is the picture of the interior I see on the website the one of the flat I booked?

The photos of flat interiors on the site serve as examples only.

Can I bring pets with me?

Pets are not allowed in all flats. If you would like a pet-friendly flat, please inform us by e-mail or telephone.
